At the start of a new year here in DC, we took in our first museum! The National Building Museum. First rate destination for families and it's gorgeous.
It was good times for everyone, from running in the wide open expanse that is the Great Hall, to playing with the plastic tool bench in the Building Zone. Plus there are, you know, actual exhibits, that I'm sure this appreciator of aesthetics would be stoked to see. We're determined to head downtown once a month to take in the insane wealth of art and education that is our nation's capital. (Cue anthem now.)
