The lovely Midwestern weather of days prior rolled into Virginia today! Mild and 70 degrees. Lucky girl Olaiya got to head to the park with her neighbor pal Soraya. And with the two of them busily running around, mama got to blissfully enjoy some uninterrupted swing time. (Don't you just love the swings?)
The park also happens to have a thoughtfully planted garden which right now is just shouting spring. Dig....it. So while the girlies played, mama got to take in the freshness. That first shot is hands down my favorite. Love that fresh green!
I don't know if things are busting out all over back home yet, but here we're well on our way.

No way!!! Real flowers?! We found tiny sprouts of new grass and a lily coming up! (YAY)!
